Back in August, we went to Prescott for a long weekend. Prescott is slowly becoming one of our favorite places to camp because it is close, there is water around and lots of things to do.
It was nice to take a break from the heat of the valley and be able to spend time outside, hiking, biking, fishing, geocashing and butterfly catching, well sort of… there were very few butterflies and they were small and a bit boring; nonetheless, we used our brand new nets!
Also the fish were small but at least we caught some, even I got my first and only fish!
