Camping by the Mogollon Rim

Following the Myers' example, this past weekend, we loaded our passion wagon (mini van) full of gear and provissions and headed to the mountains to enjoy the cool weather; our young friend Matthew came along. Except for the massive amount of mosquitoes, we had a very pleasant weekend: great weather, delicious food and Gabriel's very own favorites: 'smores. Below a few snaps of our weekend, to see more pictures click here.
Hiking around Woods Canyon Lake. This trail is one of our favorite hikes, it is about 2 miles long and Gabriel was able to hike it all by himself!
Taking a water break
Now a log break
Doménica with purple flower
After hiking around the lake we stopped at the Rim Vista Trail for a view of the valley

At the campground, getting dirty!

Making dinner

Mike's bon fire

On our way back, we decided to stop by the Tonto Natural Bridge

Oh, I'm so jealous of your camping trip! it looks dirty, fun and beautiful all at the same time. I'm dying to get away lately - Premier has taken over our lives :)
