I had a good weekend! Mike took the kids camping along with his friend Jason and son Samuel. We were originally supposed to go as families but there were two events on Saturday I could not miss, hence it turned into a ‘boys club’ weekend plus Domenica.
I was very busy all weekend… I worked around the house, wrote an almost-over-due year-end report for the non-profit, balanced our checkbook , had dinner and watched a movie with a friend, attended a banquet and a send-off party, watched the USA – Ghana match and had breakfast with my cousin and niece . I am thankful for the time alone but mid-day on Sunday I was very ready to be showered with hugs and kisses…
As for them… judging by the tales, the pictures and the amount of dirt in their clothes, I’d say they had a blast!
