Every July we go to Flagstaff for Mike’s Athletic Trainers Association meeting. It is always a great time and we get to spend lots of time outdoors.. a luxury that cannot be afforded in the Valley unless you are dunking in a pool!
We did not hike the Kachina trail this time but we still did some hiking and Mike, who brought his bike got to ride his favorite trails , while the kids and I went to the park and had ice cream.
And this year we also got to play disc-golf which I learned it is even more embarrassing for me than bowling! Me and flying objects just don’t mix!
